Where the practice began

SohoMD has treated mental health since 2011, in network. Medication programmes extend that practice — they do not replace the judgement that therapy sometimes comes first.

Therapy recommended first where it should come first.
Prescriptions reviewed on an ongoing schedule, not auto-refilled.
In crisis, call or text 988 — this platform is not an emergency service.

Mental Health questions

If you want therapy or ongoing psychiatry, Insurance Care is usually the right door. Cash-pay covers provider-managed medication programmes. Not sure? Start the intake and it sorts itself out.

Some medications cannot be prescribed via telehealth, or not in your state. Your provider will say so directly rather than leaving you guessing.

Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. This platform is not monitored for emergencies, and no message here reaches a clinician urgently.
