GLP-1 Care

A doctor manages your dose, your protein and your strength work — so you lose fat, keep muscle, and don't gain it back the moment you stop.

Enrolling pays for the evaluation and the ongoing care. Whether medication is part of your plan is your provider's call, not a checkbox at checkout.

Overview

A physician-managed metabolic program. Appetite and glucose are only part of it — the rest is food, strength and follow-up.

Monthly provider review with dose adjustments
Protein targets set for your body and program
Strength guidance so you lose fat, not muscle
Labs when they're clinically indicated

Who it may be for

Your provider makes the call. Broadly, it's for adults who've genuinely tried diet and exercise and want clinical help with real oversight.

Adults 18+ in a state where our providers are licensed
Willing to do intake, labs if needed, and monthly check-ins
Not for everyone — pregnancy and some medical histories rule it out

How we approach it

We start from the evaluation, not the medication. Sometimes that means a slower titration, a different program, or no prescription.

No picking your own medication or dose
Muscle and nutrition tracked alongside the scale
Treatment paused or stopped when it should be
A maintenance plan made before you need it

What a provider might consider

This isn't a menu. You don't pick a medication, and none of these is promised.

Program questions

That depends on what's prescribed and which pharmacy fills it. You'll see the full cost before you're charged for anything.

They'll tell you why, and usually suggest an alternative — a different metabolic program, or a plan without medication. You aren't charged for a treatment you weren't prescribed.

Sometimes. Some people begin after an intake review alone; others need bloodwork first. Your provider decides based on your history.

Your provider does, with a check-in every month. Doses get held or lowered when side effects or lab results say they should.

You move to Weight Maintenance, which is designed for exactly that phase. Your provider handles the transition.
