SohoMD opened in New York City as a psychiatric practice. Everything added since — hormones, metabolic care, peptides, longevity — is built on how that practice already worked.
“Treat the whole person before you reach for a medication.”
That was the working principle when Dr. Jacques Jospitre and Dr. Edward Ratush started the practice, and it is the reason this platform asks questions before it offers anything.
Sleep, nutrition, stress and history come before a prescription pad. Sometimes they replace it entirely.

How the pieces fit together
Three pathways and two systems. We are explicit about this because knowing who holds what matters when it is your health record.
What we will not do.
Easier to hold ourselves to something specific than to claim to be patient-centred. These are the commitments that cost us money.
No programme on this platform promises medication. A provider decides, and no is a real answer.
No average weight lost, no expected timelines. Individual response varies and implying otherwise is misleading.
Titration is provider-directed. Self-selection from a menu is how people get hurt.
The shop is deliberately short. Nothing is recommended because it has margin.
No invented patient counts, no stock-photo doctors, no testimonials we cannot verify.
