How it works

Five steps, one real decision.

Four of them are yours and take about fifteen minutes. The one that matters belongs to a physician — which is why this is not a checkout flow.

Step 04, in detail

What your provider is actually deciding.

Not whether to approve you. Whether treatment is the right answer, and if so which one — including the possibility that the answer is no.

Treatment startsA programme and, where appropriate, a prescription with a follow-up schedule attached.
A different programmeWhat you asked for is not the best fit, but something else on the platform is.
Labs firstA decision needs measurement. Bloodwork is ordered before anything is prescribed.
No medicationA legitimate outcome. You keep the evaluation, the plan and the follow-up.

Questions people ask

No. A licensed provider reads your history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Sometimes the honest answer is a different programme, insurance-based care, or no medication at all.

Most people finish in ten to fifteen minutes. You can stop and come back — your progress is saved, and nothing is submitted until you are done.

It depends on the programme and on your state's rules. Where a live visit is required you will be told before you pay, not after.

For hormone and longevity programmes, usually yes. For others, often none. Your provider will tell you exactly what is required and why.

Your provider explains why and, where useful, points you to another SohoMD path. You are not charged for a prescription you do not receive.

Your clinical record lives with MyOrbit Health and your care team. SohoMD holds your account, orders and billing. Placeholder — full privacy practices pending legal review.
